Three series of compact flow sensors to match different applications

Unprecedentedly compact size and high-speed response are realized using a platinum sensor chip incorporating silicon micromachining and a newly proposed rectifying mechanism. The thermal flow sensor is used for applications such as confirmation of electronic part suction, leakage inspection, and gas flow control.
